We will start monetizing early 2022 with a platform fee of 8€/month and 3% per transaction. However, if you don’t want to use the monetization tools, you won’t pay. The platform fee allows us to continue to build the best product to support your work!

The conversion rate from follower to customer is extremely high - your followers won't have to leave your link to make a purchase!
It's simple! Go to your Settings > Payment and enable your payment providers in order to receive payments directly from your customers for your services and content. We support PayPal and Stripe (Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay). If you don’t have it, don’t worry! It only takes a few minutes to set up. Once you’ve earned money through our monetization features, earnings are paid out automatically. However, sometimes the processing time on PayPal and Stripe can take up to 5-7 business days. If you experience a delay longer than this time period, do not hesitate to contact our team at contact@zezam.io so we can resolve the situation immediately.
Your zezam is completely customizable, choose your own colors, fonts, themes, styles. Links are currently limited to max 20. There is no zezam app. You can access your zezam online from anywhere with your mobile, laptop or tablet. As long as you have access to the internet, you'll be able to connect with zezam via https://zezam.io/.
